| Mr C.P Prakash started his real estate business in 1967. He set up Vaishnavi constructions with a vision to develop Sultanpalya and with his constant attention towards attaining perfection. He became the earliest developer of Sultanpalya, Bangalore, who became well known to complete his projects with perfection on time. Mr C.P Prakash who hails from Coorg is also a well known coffee planter just like his father, Sri Kunhi Kannan who is still known as one of the pioneer coffee growers in Coorg. Following the same traditional method of growing coffee, Mr C.P Prakash has in his name hundreds of acres of coffee plantation in Coorg. |

| Mr Mridhul Prakash after completing his M.B.A from Wright State University, Dayton, USA decided to diversify the family business and get into the daunting and elite business of exporting coffee from Coorg to the rest of the world. Together their vision is to popularize Coorg coffee to billions of coffee lovers throughout the world. |
